Australia Wide Coaches Scania K310IB (Irizar i6)
Coaches are an important travel mode for many regional journeys, offering inter-town connections to many parts of New South Wales. As the first leg of my Melbourne trip, I started by taking the coach to Orange, and this Scania K310IB was my chariot for the journey. All in all, Irizar make a very nice vehicle and for the 2 1/2 hour trip between Parkes and Orange, via here, there and everywhere, it was quite comfy. If only the frequency was a little better and a few more services operated directly via Henry Parkes Way, then it would be a much easier decision to choose this as a convenient way to get to Orange.
