The incident allegedly involved armed members of the Pyu Saw Htee militia group, who reportedly entered the market, killed the owner of My Myint Mo Gold Shop, and took away gold jewelry and other valuables. The killing has raised concerns among local business owners and residents, especially as reports of armed robberies, extortion, and violence continue to affect communities in different parts of the country.
