Gala CLAUSURA IV Congreso Nacional MARCA CALIDAD | Calaceite 2026

The Matarraña region marked a turning point on Thursday in its journey toward tourism excellence. This path, which began years ago, serves as a model for many other areas. This commitment was reinforced with the awarding of 91 Matarraña Territorial Quality Mark certifications, encompassing 72 businesses and organizations, as well as 19 traditional festivals. The variety is such that the certifications cover a total of 17 categories, from wineries and active tourism to apartments, bakeries, and butcher shops, among many others. Many certifications are new, but most are renewals, a fact that the regional president, Fernando Camps, views positively. "It means that the commitment has been maintained, and that represents a great deal of effort and work. We are pleased that the certifications have now been given a new impetus," he said. The awards ceremony was a boost for entrepreneurs and small business owners who open their shops or businesses every day with a touch that elevates the region's excellence. One by one, the 91 award recipients took to the stage to receive their plaques from Luis Biendicho, whose presentation marked his debut as Tourism Minister for the Government of Aragon (DGA) in such a high-profile role. Joining him in presenting the plaques were the regional president and the mayor of Calaceite, Juan Miguel Monclús, who expressed his pride in the area's business community. 🌐Full story: https://www.lacomarca.net/el-matarran... 👍🔔 Like and subscribe here: https://bit.ly/3gCqV33 📲 Follow us on social media! https://linktr.ee/lacomarca_news
