How to make this rich and luscious No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake. You only need 5 ingredients and no gelatin needed. Here's what you'll need: For the Crust: 220 grams Biscoff cookies 1/3 cup melted butter (75g) For the Filling: 16 oz softened cream cheese (2 blocks) 1 cup Lotus Biscoff Spread (smooth). 1 cup cold whipping cream or heavy cream (250ml) 1. In a food processor, pulse cookies into fine crumbs. Set at 2 and add melted butter while continue processing. Save about 1/4 cup of the cookie mixture for garnishing. Then place the rest of the cookie mixture to a 7x3 inches springform pan. Press firmly, then chill in the fridge while preparing the filling. 2. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and softened biscoff spread. Beat just until smooth, about 20 seconds. Do not over mix. Then add cold whipping cream or heavy cream. Beat until smooth. Pour batter in a chilled crust. Spread evenly. Tap to release excess bubbles. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight. 3. Then when its chilled, top with melted biscoff spread. Tilt pan to spread evenly on top. Chill again for 15 minutes to set. Then drip some melted biscoff spread on the edge. 4. Top with saved crust for garnish. 5. Serve and enjoy! 6.
