Today I'm taking a relaxing evening walk in Berlin Karlshorst, one of Berlin's most historic districts, enjoying the days after the rain. The weather forecast predicts beautiful autumn weather for the next few days, so let´s hope the best! ☀️ I started this Berlin walk at Köpenicker Allee in Karlshorst and later walked a bit along Treskowallee and the surrounding area. Today, many new residents flock to the area and many new building projects are under way. Karlshorst, which ist best known for its horse race track, combines various types of buildings. Magnificent villas and apartment buildings from the Wilhelminian period stand next to housing estates from the 1920s and 30s and private detached houses.
