The América celebration seemed endless. After the break, with Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Deco, and Messi on the pitch, Barça tried to fight back, but in the 64th minute, an own goal by Oleguer extended the lead to 4-1. América was close to a feat, but the incredible happened in the final stretch. In the 85th minute, a touch by Ronaldinho led to Saviola's finish to make it 4-2. Four minutes later, the Brazilian created a controversial penalty that he himself converted to make it 4-3. And in the 90th minute, Eto'o rose above Davino to equalize, silencing the Mexican fans.
