Embroider Hats on a 5x7 Hoop | Brother PE800 Embroidery Machine | SEWING REPORT

Showing you how I embroider hats / baseball caps on the Brother PE800 Embroidery Machine. I'd recommend using unstructured hats, as they will be much easier to pin onto the tearaway stabilizer in the hoop. You can use peel and stick stabilizer, but I don't have any, so I used quilt basting spray - protecting the hoop with painter's tape. While there are certainly many ways to accomplish this goal, I'm sharing the way I chose to do it and what worked for me.
