EPZ workers stage protest citing harassment and unlawful dismissals

More than 8,000 workers of a garment making company at the Export Processing Zone in Athi River, have staged protests over alleged forceful transition to a new salary scheme as the company transforms from Hela intimate to Hela clothing. The protests which entered the second day are also stemming from dismissal of some workers which they term be unlawful.
