Capri Mayor Paolo Falco presented Peppino Di Capri with the key to the city, a tribute to the life and music of a timeless icon of the island. The event, organized to celebrate Peppino's extraordinary artistic career, reached a packed auditorium on the same day as the Rai Uno broadcast of the TV film "Champagne," dedicated to the great Capri singer. Anacapri's Councilor for Culture, Manuela Schiano, presented Peppino Di Capri with a silver plate photograph of the Phoenician Steps. Pierpaolo Verga, the film's producer, spoke at the event. The event was hosted by Giusy Perrotta.
