How to get HSS( high sync speed) on a manual flash for Nikon, Canon , Sony ???

Hello everybody. Today I`d like to share with you a possibility to get HSS ( high sync speed) on a manual flash ,actually on any kind of manual flash. This system works also with strobes which has a sync port. This option gives you great results with small amount of money . ( I know that the small is relative but I mean small compared with the prices of the HSS flash system) The system I use is a Yongnuo but this Idea applies also for other flash brands like Godox or Nissin , Sigma or any other third party flash manufacturer.
