Phantom Liberty, Cyberpunk 2077's DLC, introduced Songbird, Myers and Reed, as well as the FIA's sophisticated, yet brutal world. They managed to turn Dogtown into a unique setting within Night City's story, but it was Songbird who gave it the cyberpunk touch I came to enjoy in the game overall.
