Today I'm taking you with me to the 2022 San José del Valle Quick Painting Competition to show you the entire process of creating my painting of the church. In this video, I break down my work methodology: from the initial sketch and drawing, through the critical phase of applying the washes of color, to the details of the final finish. We'll also take a tour of the competition to see the incredible level of the other participating artists and find out who the winners were this year.
