WHEEL : A USB MIDI Controller for Pitch Bend and Modulation - Now Available with TRS MIDI
I've taken my USB MIDI controller and added TRS (3.5mm "headphone") output. You can purchase an inexpensive converter which takes 3.5 TRS and allows for DIN-5 connections. Or, if your equipment already has TRS, you'd good to go. (It's Type A, the standard approved in 2018.)
