REPARACIÓN DE MANILLA SUELTA / REPAIR THE DOOR HANDLE

Welcome, Bricoaprendices, to a new video. In this video, we'll look at a typical case of a door handle that has become unnailed until it has broken the wood and completely come off. I'm going to show you how to repair it. You'll need a screwdriver, a body spatula, wood-colored filler or similar, sandpaper, and a can of liquid wood repair product (sold in most supermarkets) would be helpful. The steps to follow are as follows: 1. Disassemble the handle and remove it. We also remove the square, thus leaving the hole free of obstructions for the following steps. 2. Remove and sand the damaged parts of the wood. 3. Apply the filler using the body spatula. 4. Sand once it has dried. 5. Apply the wood repair product, leaving it shiny again. And that's it!
