Art Demo No. 19, different techniques, demonstrates on an abstract cityscape with serval layers

(Deutsche Übersetzung folgt weiter unten) In this video I show you the structure of an abstract urban scene. As always, I don't want to advertise products because I use many different brands. I usually mix my various shades together myself. Sometimes even directly on the painting while painting. Just be a little brave and try it. I have set this video here as uncut as possible so that you can follow all the work steps well. I used the following tools for this painting: spatulas, pallet knives and brushes in various sizes. In order to mix my colors a little more transparently if necessary, I use a pouring medium plus Floetrol. This has the advantage that the colors do not lose their luminosity. Like most of my paintings, I built the picture in many different layers and even if many wonderful details disappear again, the finished painting would not be the same if I omitted these intermediate steps. Wie immer möchte ich keine Werbung für Produkte machen, da ich viele verschiedene Marken verwende. Meine diversen Farbtöne mische ich mir meistens selbst zusammen. Manchmal sogar direkt auf dem Gemälde während des Malens. Sei da einfach etwas mutig und probiere. Ich habe dieses Video möglichst ungeschnitten hier eingestellt, damit du alle Arbeitschritte gut verfolgen kannst. An Werkzeugen habe ich bei diesem Gemälde folgendes verwendet: Spachteln, Paletten Messer und Pinsel in diversen Größen. Um mir meine Farben im Bedarfsfall etwas transparenter zu mischen verwende ich ein Pouringmedium plus Floetrol. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die Farben dabei nicht an Leuchtkraft verlieren. Das Bild, habe ich wie die meisten meiner Gemälde in vielen verschiedenen Schichten aufgebaut und auch wenn viele wundervolle Details dabei wieder verschwinden wäre das fertige Gemälde doch nicht das gleiche, wenn ich diese Zwischenschritte auslassen würde.
