Episode 106 - 1973 GMC Motorhome - Will it Run?

Welcome! This is my first official "Will it Run?" video. I've brought several vehicles back to life, but never really documented the revival process. This is pretty cool vehicle to start on. Only around 14,000 were made in total, and most got the smaller Olds motor. Unfortunately the carb I had on hand would not mount without impacting the lower intake, so we had to just do a shot of ether to see if it would fire off. I haven't gotten this one home yet as the tow bill is around 1k estimated. I do intend to get some more stuff working on this one to lower the tow bill and get it home to make lots of future content. *Corrections* After speaking with some folks on the GMC Motorhome forum, I stated around 14k were built in the video, actual number is ~13000. Also, most of these 13k were built with the bigger 455 Olds, versus the smaller one that was installed towards the end of the run. Want to see more videos?
