Why A Sly 5 Would Be DOOMED For Failure
Sly Cooper is a neat little series of games with a rather unfortunate attempted revival. It's now been a number of years since Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time. Since then hopes have been high for a sequel to correct some of the mistakes of that revival. Hopes that have slowly dwindled as the years go by. For those of us living in reality at least. With that said, many have expressed their desire to have a Sly 5, however, nobody seems to want to admit that there's one critical issue with a hypothetical Sly 5. The fact that they were written into a corner so thoroughly, that continuing the story as presented is nigh impossible to do in a creatively satisfying way. Let's discuss.
