La bellezza nascosta degli agrumi

For those in the field, that is, producers and nutritionists first and foremost, these will certainly be obvious concepts. Maybe they are also obvious for many consumers, who are particularly attentive to the way they eat and therefore to the peculiarities of the products they eat. In any case, in this video, made with Alessandra Rossini of the Ghellere nurseries in Bovolone, we present three "gems" about citrus fruits that I think not many people know about: the citron lemon, the Japanese yuzu and the properties of the albedo, or the white part of lemons, oranges and so on. I won't reveal anything here, because I would take away the pleasure of the "surprise" of the video, but know that I, honestly, did not know so deeply the riches that Alessandra will talk about. But then again, her citrus nursery has existed for 25 years and for all this time she and her husband have followed a continuous path of acculturation in this fascinating sector, becoming an important point of reference for the whole of Northern Italy.
