Repairing 3 Dewalt batteries in less than an hour

Got a dead DeWalt battery? Don’t throw it away just yet! In this video, I diagnose and repair three different DeWalt batteries, each with a unique fault. Watch step-by-step as I bring them back to life using practical fixes that anyone can try! 🔧 Battery #1 – Faulty PCB Replacement: One battery had a damaged PCB (protection circuit board). Instead of tossing it, I salvaged a working PCB from a scrap battery and restored it! 🔋 Battery #2 – Broken Connection & Failed Cell: A broken connection caused one of the cells to fail. I replaced the damaged cell and renewed the connection, bringing it back to full power. ⚡ Battery #3 – 2012 Model with Bad Cells & Low Voltage Bank: This older DeWalt battery had two dead cells and a low-voltage bank. I swapped out the bad cells and used an iMax LiPro B6 Charger to recover the weak bank, restoring the battery’s capacity! What You’ll Learn in This Video: ✔️ How to diagnose different battery faults ✔️ How to replace a faulty PCB from a donor battery ✔️ Step-by-step guide to replacing bad lithium-ion cells ✔️ How to safely recover a low-voltage battery using a charger ✔️ Essential battery repair tips for longer-lasting power tools ⚠️ Safety First: Always handle lithium-ion batteries with care.
