🐾 Teaching Boundaries in the Home: Doorways, Kitchens & Everyday Obedience

One of the most important things you can teach your dog isn't a trick, it's boundaries. In this video, we're working with our Doberman to reinforce household rules, including: 🚪 Not rushing out of open doors 🍽️ Staying out of the kitchen unless invited Many behavioral issues start when dogs are allowed to make their own decisions. By establishing clear boundaries, we create structure, safety, and better communication between dog and owner. The key to success? ✅ Repetition ✅ Correction ✅ Redirection Every time the dog makes the wrong choice, we redirect them to the correct behavior and continue reinforcing the expectation until they're released with the cue word: "Free." Over time, your dog learns that patience and self-control are what earn them freedom. Remember: boundaries aren't about limiting your dog, they're about creating clarity.
