Miter Saw (for board cuts or have the department store cut for you) Level (for mounting on wall) Speed Square (to ensure 90 degree angles) Drill and drill bits MEASUREMENT CUTS: (2) Plywood @ 30.5” long x 13.5” deep (top and bottom) (2) Plywood @17”high x 13.5” deep (both sides) Blocking @ 32” long + an additional piece for the bottom. I used a scrap piece of 1x6 wood that was trimmed narrower, but you could use a 1x3 to make it more discrete …or you could add a back using 1/4” thick plywood @31 3’4” long x 16 3/4” high (leaving an 1/8 of an inch wiggle room on all four sides) instead of the blocking. (2) 1x2 @ 32” (top and bottom face trim) (3) 1x2 @ 15 1/4” (both sides and middle face frame) ————————— Once a week I upload a new DIY video.
