Namugongo on Alert: Tight Security & Traffic Plan Ahead of Martyrs’ Day
Security has been tightened at the Namugongo Martyrs’ Shrine as and at Mamre International Prayer Centre Janda amid preparations for the Uganda Martyrs’ Day celebrations due Tuesday next week. Similarly, the Directorate of Traffic and Road Safety issued comprehensive traffic guidelines outlining a series of road closures, diversions, and parking arrangements for traffic
