Join us aboard our 47ft Nordhavn trawler as we continue our Inside Passage journey through some of the most dramatic, untouched wilderness on the BC coast. We leave Rescue Bay and make our way into Kynoch Inlet, a deep fjord known for its steep granite walls, waterfalls, and towering mountains. Even in the rain, the scenery is breathtaking — and while at anchor we’re treated to an unforgettable sight: two grizzly bears roaming the shoreline. The next day we cruise to Bishops Bay Hot Springs, . We settle in for a couple of days of soaking, relaxing, and enjoying the quiet beauty of this remote anchorage. From there, we travel north to Lowe Inlet, where we hike to a hidden Oceans and Fisheries cabin tucked in the forest near the falls. As the rain finally clears, we launch the drone for sweeping shots of the waterfall and lake — and just before departing, a black bear appears on the beach.
