Discovering Magnetic Island's Hidden Spots (Ep.35) | Sailing ARGO

We sailed from Townsville across to Magnetic Island and were pleasantly surprised by just how much it had to offer. From stunning beaches and a calm anchorage at Horseshoe Bay to a surprisingly fascinating WWII Fort walk, this island is full of history, nature, and charm. Along the way we spotted koalas in the trees, playful rock wallabies, and enjoyed exploring the island with the handy $1 daily bus pass. Add in a local brewery, great little restaurants, and plenty of relaxing spots and Magnetic Island has quickly become one of our favourite destinations so far. We can’t wait to return!
