Today, I'm sharing my favorite dish with you, a true treasure for your health: Peanut Sauce with Kelen Kelen (any kind) served with tender cassava couscous. As I often say, "If we don't start by consuming our food like medicine, later on, we'll consume medicine like our food." In this video, I show you how to cook healthily, especially by avoiding heating palm oil, and how I manage with my manual chopper when the electricity is out.
