Here is the recipe for for your convenience :- Ingredients and quantity for Vaalai Meen Kulambu | Meen Kuzhambu | வாலை மீன் தித்திப்பு | Vaala Meen Thithippu | Meen Kulambu :- Ingredients for Making Paste :- Oil - 2 tsp Chopped Onion - 200 gm Chopped Ginger - 20 gm Green Chilli - 5 - 6 no Chopped Coconut - 200 gm Ingredients For tempering :- Ribbon Fish - 300 gm Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard - 1 tsp Curry Leaf - 1-2 sprig Garlic - 50 gm Chopped Tomato - 30 gm Water - 100 ml Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp Salt - to taste Coriander Leaf - to garnish I would love to read your feedback.
