Do Knot Disturb" is a Bollywood comedy about a businessman, Raj (Govinda), who is having an affair with Dolly (Lara Dutta). His wife, Kiran (Sushmita Sen), suspects his infidelity and hires a detective to catch him. To avoid getting caught, Raj gets his friend Amar (Ritiesh Deshmukh) to pretend to be Dolly's boyfriend. The situation escalates when Raj starts to doubt Amar's intentions. The film is filled with situational humor and revolves around Raj's attempts to manage the escalating complications of his double life.
