Love, Luiza 🌿 My Grass Green mini Meg dress and other linen clothes are from our website: https://littlewomenatelier.com/produc... https://www.etsy.com/listing/17010688... *** Uzbek samsa with herbs from my childhood 🌱 Dough: • 400 grams of flour • 120 ml of lukewarm water • 1 egg • 200 grams of melted butter • 1.5 teaspoons of salt • Filling: • 1 bunch of spinach • 1 bunch of green onions, mint • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil • Mix flour, egg, and salted water, knead the dough, and let it rest. • Knead the dough well, roll it out to a large size, and spread the softened butter over it. Fold the dough into a rectangle. Spread the butter. Roll and cut it into slices about 2 cm thick. • Place the slices in a cool place for half an hour. • Prepare the samsa filling. Mix all the ingredients well. • Roll out the sliced samsas, seal the edges well, and sprinkle flour to prevent sticking. • Place the samsas on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly, and bake at 395F /220°C for 25 minutes.
