Hi everyone :) I hope that you're staying safe and well. In todays history video I focus on one of the infamous and iconic aircraft of the Second World War. The German Junkers Ju 87, better known as the Stuka was one of the most effective dive bombers during the conflict. The howl of its sirens during a dive struck fear into those on the ground. Throughout its deployment in the Spanish Civil War, and the Blitzkrieg campaigns in Poland, France, Noway and the Soviet Union, this aircraft was always at the spearhead of assault.
