HBO Plus promos, 2000?

Here's some presentation from HBO Plus, from sometime in 2000. First, your lineup: 1.) Next On for Bulworth. 2.) A really long promo for HBO's movie selection from that month, emphasizing they had the biggest hits (because they had Sony, Warners, Fox, etc...) 3.) Tonight menu 4.) Feature Presentation bump 5.) Ratings Bump (R)/Content Advisories HBO Plus launched in October 1998 as part of "HBO The Works", which gave the HBO multiplex channels separate identities and names. Each logo had a crescent design, which was used in the main "The Works" logo, meant to tie the disparate channels - and looks - together. HBO Plus was essentially a rename of HBO2, which was basically "More HBO". The idents emphasize "choice", with people rapidly sitting in new chairs or choosing new modes of transportation. The idea was that if you didn't like something on HBO, you could switch to HBO Plus, which would, say, counterprogram Larry Sanders with a movie. The idea is so quaint and laughable now that HBO has a subscriber portal with hundreds of hours of content. HBO Plus was renamed HBO2 in 2002, and given the same (then new) presentation as HBO.
