Dhal (Lentil curry) ingredients: 400g Red Split Lentils (soaked in water for 4-6 hours) 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 2 Medium Onions (diced) 2 Tomatoes (diced) 1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, Salt, Ground Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder 1 Litre Water Banana & Choc Chip Loaf Cake ingredients: 250g Unsalted Butter (melted) 100g Light Brown Soft Sugar 150g Caster Sugar 3 Medium Eggs 4 Bananas (sliced) 250g Self Raising Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 100g Milk Chocolate Chips Bake @ 180C/160C Fan assisted for 25 mins or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean ---------------------------------- Subscribe to my YouTube channel: http://youtube.com/user/iamsogood55?s...
