Nasty Nasty Landlord

The plaintiff says she moved into the defendant’s property because she seemed nice, but she turned out to be a nightmare. The plaintiff moved out because of the stress, but the defendant won’t return her security deposit. She’s suing for that money, and pain and suffering. The defendant says her property was immaculate and newly renovated, but the plaintiff destroyed it, so she kept the security deposit. case 29-407
