The M4 Mac Mini Homelab - It Runs Local AI, Plex/Jellyfin, and a NAS

I set out to make a homelab server using the M4 Mac Mini. The results are quite surprising I'm able to run a file server sort of a NAS system and I can run a bunch of services using docker containers. I can stream all the content using jellyfin/Plex and I can even run local AI models at this price point.
