As per a decision at this meeting, residents will be allowed 15 minutes each to speak to their thoughts of this by-law whenever there is a public hearing of By-Law 26-09 (2nd Reading). There were multiple segments of this Zoom meeting, where what was audible in the chamber gallery was not clearly captured. Of note, Dr. Page, who was physically present in the chamber, witnessed a larger number of moments in this meeting where residents were engaged with by the Chair without being called to the podium.
