Valve adjustment Honda Accord

I was working on cap and rotor spark plugs and valve cover gasket and while I was there I figured I’d do a valve adjustment and film some of it!! After valve adjustment ,spark plugs ,cap and rotor I test drove the car and she burns out (smokes the wheels) before it wouldn’t even chirp them!! Sorry it’s not a step by step.
