Naihanchi Limb Control Drills

Two 'isolation exercises' to help develop the fluidity within our 6th Naihanchi Limb Control Drill. These are considered supplementary exercises to build specific attributes and although very useful, should not be confused with the primary method as to how the choreography of the kata may be combatively applied. Therefore, such isolation exercises must be practised in context and collaboration with a holistic game-plan. Hope you enjoy!
