BayesDeBulk: A New Method for Bulk Deconvolution Based on Proteogenomic Data

Introducing BayesDeBulk, a Bayesian method for estimating cell composition based on bulk proteomic and gene expression data. BayesDeBulk utilizes the information of known cell-type-specific markers without requiring prior knowledge of their absolute abundance. In this video, Francesca Petralia, PhD, discusses her group’s motivation for developing BayesDeBulk, explains the functionality and use cases for the platform, and gives a tech demo.
