Goma At Home: Ribeye Steak With Homemade Herbed Butter And Mushroom Sauce
As requested by Elaine Logronio, I will show you here how I cook my version of a perfect steak using an oven. I will also share with you how you can make compound butter using some fresh herbs. The degrees of steak doneness vary from rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done. It really depends on how you like it. I prefer mine to be medium rare. Also, you can make steak sauce using canned mushrooms, a bit of red wine, a little flour, and the oil from the steak. While I waited for the steak to cook, I answered some of the questions that you guys sent to me in the comment section. Thank you everyone for making Goma At Home our regular SunDate! #GomaAtHome #RichardGomez
