Double Blood Boil to activate Blood Barrier. 2x Icy Chains and 2x Plague strike for threat and get those runes on CD. Pestilence once Adds are on Ice and Death n Decay. Spam Blood Boil / Runic Strike while 4 adds up. Double Death Strike and then dump Heartstrikes. 2nd Adds pestilence and DnD while running to the corner. Once submerge go to back to help knock down a ice patch Ice Chains the Little bugs to help Taunt boss once up and repeat the process. Once P3 , Start rolling your CD like you are tanking Anub. Vamp Blood First Once low Vamp Blood again and Spam Death Strike to stay alive.
