Cluttering Why I Talk The Way I Talk

I don't know if it's a part of my Invisible Disabilities/Challenges in my case I am diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities, but I have always had speech issues. I have always dealt with something called cluttering. This is a copy-paste from Google after typing "cluttering speech definition" "Cluttering involves speech that sounds rapid, unclear, and/or disorganized. The listener may hear excessive breaks in the normal flow of speech that sound like disorganized speech planning, talking too fast or in spurts, or simply being unsure of what one wants to say." I struggled with this my entire life. To me everything I say sounds "normal". There are times when I do catch myself. A few years ago I found the right speech therapy program by luck. I learned that I have to really concentrate on my words. This means my speech can have what might appear to be unnaturally long passes. This can lead someone into thinking that I have finished my thought, and from my point of view, they rudely interrupted me. No one really takes kindly to repeatedly being treated without consideration. I am no exception. This would lead to anger and frustration on my part. I hope this is a good explanation of what Cluttering is and how it has and does affect me.
