Seiko SKX013 Discontinued, Still Available, but still worth it?

Hi watchfans! Today the legend takes centre stage. It has been discontinued in 2019 but it is still available today at roughly the same prices when it was available. Since then a host of watches have cropped up, attempting to dethrone the King of Affordable Dive watches. Can the King stay crowned?
