Aqui te dejo la receta: Para la masa: 200g de mantequilla 15g de azúcar 1g de sal 320g de harina de todo uso 100g de agua muy fría Para la salsa: 7.5 g canela en polvo 113 g mantequilla sin sal 42.5 g harina de trigo todo uso 59 g agua 200 g azúcar granulada Para decoración: 1 huevo 60g de azúcar morena o mascabado Hornear a 425 F por 15 minutos.
