沖縄ハーモニーファーム 〜江利子女王のコーヒー〜

Domestic coffee cultivation is currently thriving in Okinawa Prefecture, and we visited Eriko Higa, known as the "Queen" by those in the coffee industry in Okinawa. She runs a coffee farm called Harmony Farm in Higashison, located in the Yanbaru area in the north of the prefecture. The coffee farm, run by her father-in-law and Eriko, is a family affair, filled with smiles. This warm-hearted farm attracts many young coffee lovers, including young people who work in local cafes, as well as those from as far away as Tokyo, who come to study and experience coffee cultivation. We hope that by experiencing coffee cultivation and the farmers' passionate desire to produce delicious coffee, these young people will rediscover the importance of green coffee beans and approach coffee more deeply and with more care.
