Solving Class II malocclusion with 13mm OJ by Damon Ultima｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC870

This video presents a case of severe protrusion. The patient exhibited an overjet of 13 mm and a 7 mm discrepancy in the right molar relationship. The treatment plan involved extraction therapy combined with Bite Turbo and Class II elastics. After 24 months, the occlusal plane and dental arch form showed significant improvement. At the end of the video, we also share a practical clinical tip: when posterior occlusion has not fully settled, slight modification of the retainer can help guide further occlusal improvement. 此報告介紹一個暴牙的案例，Overjet為13mm，且右側molar relationship差距高達7mm。診斷後採取拔牙，搭配Bite Turbo和Class II elastics輔助治療，24個月後，咬合關係和牙弓型態都大幅改善。最後還有介紹一個小技巧，在後牙咬合不夠好時，可以適度修改維持器讓咬合關係持續改善。
