Imaging Guided RotaTripsy of LAD/D1 Bifurcation

Case and Plan: 69-year-old male presented with new onset CCS Class III angina and positive stress MPI for multivessel ischemia. A Cardiac Cath on January 21, 2025 revealed 2V CAD with multiple calcified lesions in RCA and LAD, LVEF 45% and SYNTAX Score 50. After Heart Team discussion, CABG was recommended, but declined by the patient. Patient underwent successful PCI of proximal, mid and distal RCA using RotaTripsy & 3 DES. Patient is now planned for imaging guided staged PCI using RotaTripsy of LAD/D1 bifurcation both branches. *This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
