But since my Jeep's tie rods and drag link were already trash—so loose you could wiggle them with a pinky—it was time for something new: installing new TRQ steering components! Watch me battle frozen bolts, confusing grease points, and my own poor decision-making as I attempt to replace the drag link and tie rods on my Jeep JK. What you can expect from this high-torque, low-skill adventure: Unboxing & Component Review: Why TRQ makes only one of the joints greaseable (consistency, who needs it?). The Whack-and-Pray Method: Using a hammer (instead of a joint puller) to remove the old tie rods, because we're not planning on reusing them!
