Time Crisis 3 (Arcade) - Pre-Rendered FMV Cutscenes (60fps)

Here's (most, if not all) pre-rendered FMV cutscenes from the arcade version of Time Crisis 3 (Yeah the game did not render it's cutscenes in real time). The arcade version is the only one with 60fps cutscenes (well, the video files are originally 30fps interlaced but when deinterlaced properly or displayed in proper equipment like in original machines it will plays at 60fps) I also included the "how to play" part (it was the odd one since it was encoded in 30fps and played exactly in that framerate even in the original machine).
