Blotto HQ

Here's a rarely shown cartoon short from the Oh Yeah! Cartoons Frederator anthology series, originally shown on Nickelodeon. It was produced and directed by the amazing and talented Emmy-award-winning Byron Vaughns. Blotto is our hero, in an out-of-the-inkwell sort of way, albeit from a dripping brush. He sings the praises of his animated "Ink World" to a driving jazz music beat, but his main girl, the lady in red, repeats her disdainful "Ink Stinks" vocals right in his fish-eyed face. The comic book bad guy, a goon with a perpetual word balloon nailed to his head, ponderously belts out his plans while his balloons fill with words and pictures, rebus-style. No Spoilers.
