Utilization Management: Ensuring Quality, Efficiency, and Integrity in Patient Care

Practical strategies to reduce delays and improve authorization workflows will be discussed, along with technology-enabled solutions that support timely, evidence-based, and patient-centered care through a collaborative UM framework.
