People always say you can go from volcano to lake, city, and beach all in one day in El Salvador. I’ve lived here 15 years… but never put it to the test. So my family and I decided to try it! 🚗💨 We started with brunch at Finca Campo Bello’s Dos Alas Restaurant, overlooking Cerro Verde Volcano. Then we drove down to Sol y Luna Café, perched above the turquoise waters of Lago de Coatepeque. From there, it was off to San Salvador — with a quick “side quest” (my S22 Ultra bricked during a system update 😅), plus a stop at El Basurero Restaurante for a big bowl of sopa de patas. Finally, we made it to El Tunco Beach just in time for sunset — where, in the middle of the waves and golden light, Carlos and I had an impromptu beach wedding ceremony. 💍🌅✨ Four locations. One day.
